Principal
1. Brief Background of Members 1. Sri. Potla Nageswara Rao
Adam's is the brainchild of Sri Potla Nageswara Rao, a well
known industrialist. Mr.Nageswara Rao was born in an
agricultural family and has come up in life by hard work, dedication
and total commitment. He was the Chairman, Committee of Youth
Services, Government of Andhra Pradesh during 1987-89.
He was elected as the vice chairman of District Co-operative
Central Bank Ltd., of Khammam in November 2005.
At a young age, he was instrumental in establishing medium scale
industries and thereby providing livelihood to several hundreds of un-
employees. The establishment of this college has fulfilled his long
cherished dream of starting an Engineering College to serve the
Christian community, offering technical education in both conventional
and Hi-Tech disciplines of Engineering with all the state-of-the-art
facilities.
2. Sri K.V.D Prasada Rao
He has an M.Sc. (Agriculture ) Degree. He is the Managing
Director & Chairman of Crown Breweries Ltd.
Hyderabad 3. Sri V. Anand Prasad, Managing Director, Bhavya Constructions Hyderabad.
He hails from Khammam District and he has settled in Hyderabad and
he is a popular person in the field of Real Estate & Construction.
He is also a movie producer.
4. Sri M.R. Chowdary
He obtained his M.Sc. Degree from Andhra University, Waltair. He is
the Managing director of Gayathri Auto
Mobiles Pvt. Ltd, Director of Kanaka Durga Castings Pvt. Ltd,
Managing Partner of M/s M. Satyanarayana & Sons and Executive
Director of Krabs bio-chemicals Ltd. Besides this, he is to manage
the regular operations of the Synergies Castings Ltd and maintain
good relations with Board Members of the Company. 5. Sri K.Ramesh
He is an MBA and also CA (inter). He is the Managing Director of

Dr..N.Nageswara Rao, the Founder and Present Principal of Adam's
Engineering College, Paloncha is an M.Tech, Ph.D., holder. He has
rich academic experience of over 32 years in India and abroad.
This has helped him in taking up the challenge of shaping this
institution that provides value - based quality education in
technical and technological arena. His commitment and vision for
the institution is sure to bring it to the threshold of success by
