The Contractor and his staff must not exercise any activity or receive any
advantage inconsistent with their obligations to the Contracting Authority. 23.7.
The Contractor and his staff ...... for the damage he has suffered. The Contractor
shall forfeit this right unless he exercises it within 30 days of the expiry of the 90-
day period.
